- Tap Preview full image to inspect the image before saving. The preview is the photo, not a video thumbnail.
- The saved image keeps the source format. A PNG or WebP image is not converted to JPEG merely by changing its filename.
- If you need the videos from the same Story, use the Story downloader. A Spotlight video thumbnail is not treated as a downloadable photo snap.
This page cannot retrieve private photo messages, disappearing chat snaps or images from someone else’s Memories.

Use the browser’s download icon to locate the file. Check the chosen download folder if your browser did not ask where to save it.
